    COVID - 19 MANDATORY GUIDELINES

    (Entry is allowed only in the selected time slots.)

    • Individuals must maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet as far as feasible.
    • Use of face mask is mandatory at all times within the premises. However, during exercise only a visor may be used.
    • Practice frequent washing of hand with soaps even when hands are not dirty after 30 Mins.
    • Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. Cover your mouth while sneezing or coughing with flexed elbow.
    • Spitting is strictly prohibited.
    • Installation and use of arogya setu app is advised.
    • Carry your towels, water bottles and clean the surface of machines before and after exercising.
    • Only asymptomatic persons are allowed.
    • Kindly fill your entry and exit timings and other mandatory details (temperature, oxygen level etc).
    • Persons having oxygen level below 95% will not be allowed to exercise.
    • Wear FULLY COVERED CLOTHES.
    • Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
    • Exercise sessions are tailored such a way that do not require physical contact between trainer and member.
    • Staff residing in containment zone shall not be allowed to work until the area is denotified
